Unfortunately we are not able to provide installation and set-up in the home. The CPM will be delivered to a doorstep location. We do however have numerous videos to show how to unpack and set up the CPMs on You Tube:

F31 Kinetec CPM Hire Agreement Patient v4 June 2021 – Please read this before placing your CPM order
A refundable deposit of £150.00 must be paid at the time of ordering to cover damage or loss.
If you place an order on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the CPM is Tuesday.
The CPM in the image will not look exactly the same as the one you receive, this is due to the fact disposable pads are used on rental CPM’s.
Kinetec CPMs are provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily).
The CPM must be used as directed by the medical professional (physician or therapist) including settings such as speed, force and range of motion.
The CPM must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided).
The CPM is the sole responsibility of the person renting the CPM for the duration of this agreement.
The CPM is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of Kinetec
The CPM must be returned to Kinetec UK within one week of the end of the rental period. The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with Kinetec UK. Failure to return the CPM within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the CPM is received by Kinetec UK.
The CPM must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by Kinetec UK and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging.
Kinetec UK require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit.
Any costs associated with repair of the CPM due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment.
If the CPM is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the CPM and any other costs involved.
Kinetec Medical Products UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.
All rental CPMs supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order.
Wherever possible, we will supply you with the Kinetec CPM model that you are familiar with using or have requested from us. However, occasionally we may run out of stock of your preferred model and we will then offer you the closest equivalent model.
Prices for delivery and collection are included in your price total. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.
Items are delivered on week days only. Provided payment has been received by 1.30 pm we should be able to dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day. We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm. The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.
At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. This is usually done 48 hours before the hire end. We can offer an all day or afternoon collection. We do ask that on the day of collection someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm (or 12pm and 5 pm for afternoon collections). The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection. Please note that failure to collect the item may result in additional charges.
