Delivery
All prices quoted include delivery, collection and VAT.
Please note that processing takes 12 to 24 hours, and deliveries are not made over the weekend.
We do ask that on the day of delivery someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The courier company will endeavour to send an email or text giving more accurate timings on the day of the delivery or collection.
Collection
At the end of the hire period we will make contact with you to arrange collection of the device or to extend the hire period. You also have the option to purchase the unit at the end of your rental period where the total amount you have paid will be deducted from the purchase price. This is arranged on the last day of hire.
Your hire period will last for the selected dates and will be collected the day after hire end, for example, if your hire period is from the 11/06/24 – 25/06/24, it will be collected on 26/06/24. We are not able to provide a specific time for collection but the courier will contact you on the day of collection with a morning or afternoon slot for collection.
We do ask that on the day of collection (the day after hire end) someone is available at the given address between 9 am and 5 pm.
The Cryo Pro unit must be drained before collection.
The Wrap chosen will be kept by the customer and can be cooled in the fridge to be used as a cold wrap after the unit has been collected.
The Cryo Pro must be returned with the Control Unit, hose, plug, drain gadget and rental folder.

Any damage to the product will be charged to the customer.
If you place an order before 12PM on a Friday the earliest you will be able receive the Cryo Pro is Monday.
The Cryo Pro Rental is provided for rental on weekly tariffs only (not daily).
The Cryo Pro Rental must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s user instructions (provided).
The Cryo Pro Rental is the sole responsibility of the person renting for the duration of this agreement.
The Cryo Pro Rental unit must be drained prior to collection.

The Cryo Pro is supplied for the use of the person renting it only and shall not be used with any other third party without written permission of MedFac UK.
The return is a free of charge service and should be arranged directly with MedFac UK. Failure to return the Cryo Pro within the stated time period will incur charges of one week’s rent for every week or part thereof extra to this agreement, until the Cryo Pro is received by MedFac UK.
The Cryo Pro must be returned in the original packaging supplied. Please apply the labels supplied by MedFac UK and the carrier (at point of collection) to the outside of the packaging.
MedFac UK require you to comply and adhere to the requirements of the Certification of Decontamination which will be supplied with your rental unit.
Any costs associated with the repair of the Cryo Pro due to damage, (accidental or otherwise), during the period of its hire will be borne by the person renting the equipment.
If the Cryo Pro is not returned by the agreed date, in good working condition and in its original packaging, the person renting it may become liable for the full value of the Cryo Pro and any other costs involved.
MedFac UK Ltd are covered by public liability insurance to £5m.
Technical Information
All Cryo Pro Rentals supplied to our customers have been cleaned and disinfected between users and will be supplied to you in full working order.
How does the Cryo Pro work?
The Cryo Pro Rentals are simple to use and only requires ice, water and power. Simply fill the unit with ice and water, plug it in, attach your wrap to the unit with the hose and choose your time and compression setting.
The Cryo Pro uses cold compression therapy to aid your recovery. Cold compression therapy works by constricting the blood vessels, which in turn reduces swelling and inflammation. Cold therapy can also calm muscle spasms, minimise bruising and soothe nerve endings, encouraging quick and effective healing for a variety of muscle tendon and ligament injuries.
How long does the Cryo Pro compress for?
There are 9 different settings to choose between. There is Low, Medium and High compression with 3 different time choices, from 20 to 40 to 60 minutes. It will compress for 5 seconds and then release for 7 seconds and repeat this process throughout.
Do I keep the wrap?
Yes, you will be supplied with a new wrap for your rental and you are able to keep this and use as a cold wrap.
Can I put the wrap directly on my skin?
It is recommended to have a thin layer of clothing between the wrap and your skin.
What pressure should I start on?
This is personal preference for what is required for you, test out the different settings and see what is most comfortable.
How long should I use the Cryo Pro for?
You are able to use the Cryo Pro for the maximum time setting of 60 minutes, then it is recommended to rest for as long as you have used the unit for, and then you are able to repeat.
Prices for delivery and collection are included in your total price. Delivery and collections are made from Monday to Friday only.
