Servicing

We do not currently offer direct servicing of Kinetec products from our Aldershot site. However, if you would like to arrange servicing of one of our products, please contact us directly and we can provide you with the details of an approved service partner. We can also arrange for your device to be returned to our factory in France for servicing.

If you would like copies of our service manuals and spare parts list, please contact us directly providing the model name, number and serial number.
